“The logo grabs its roots from the ‘pilón’; the classic and traditional kitchen tool widely known as the staple across all Puerto Rican cuisine. It was an obvious choice to be the center of inspiration.”

“The ‘Los Feliz’ typeface complements well alongside the logo mark and once more harking on the older history of the island while giving it a fresh taste.”

“‘Pa’ que tu lo sepas’ is a slang phrase that literally means ‘so that you know’ and is commonly used by the natives of Puerto Rico to emphasize and affirm how good something is.”
